He’s just a man, with a bow in his hand
Fighting for our freedom, right across the land
He’s just a man, who will do what he can
To find a way to a better day tomorrow!
Tomorrow!
He will be a hero, just wait and see!
He will be a hero for you and me!
He will be the wonder of the wood,
Fighting for the good,
He’s Robin Hood!
He’s just a man,
With a future that’s planned.
Legend of the forest,
Leader of the band!
He’s just a man,
Who is making a stand!
So sing as one for our time’ll come tomorrow!
Tomorrow!
He will be a hero, just wait and see!
He will be a hero for you and me!
He will be the wonder of the wood,
Fighting for the good,
He’s Robin Hood!
He’s Robin Hood!
He will be the wonder of the wood,
Fighting for the good,
He’s Robin Hood!
He’s Robin Hood!

My favourite teacher is Miss Moxon because she has been very supportive and kind when it was near SATs; although she pushed us to the limits – I’m glad she did – because it helped me get better and helped me to not be anxious about SATs. My best friends are Tyler, Ibraheem and many more! My favourite trips are Black Country Museum in Year 5, because we got to go in the mines (it was really fun). My other favourite trip is when we went to Staffordshire Regiment Museum, because we got to hold real guns and go in man-made trenches. My favourite memory of Robin Hood is the £10 project, because my group – me, Haris, Rayan, Ibraheem, and Tyler – raised over £100 and gave it to the RSPCA and we all received gifts! When I am older I want to be Car Engineer. I am going to Light Hall for my secondary school.

My name is Preet and I am 11 years old. My favourite subject is Art and I.C.T. I love Art because it is all to do with crafts and creativity. Also, it is full of colour and I love drawing. Also, I love technology and how people invent and upgrade ipads, phones with touchscreen…etc. My favourite teachers are Miss Bridge and Mrs Davis. They are my favourite because they are very kind and helpful and they have taught me a lot. Mrs Davis has been in my class for many years. My best friends are Laiba, Farah and many more. My favourite trip was Black Country Museum especially because I loved the “mines”. It was all so real – dark and gloomy! My favourite memory is Professor McGinty, because he was so funny and humorous. I don’t know (yet!) what I want to do when I am older. In September, I am going to Alderbrook School.

I particularly prefer this trip as we went down a pitch-black mine and Miss Bridge very kindly used her and my group’s money to go on a ride in the fairground. This ride went extremely fast and it was very, very fun. In addition, my favourite memory of Robin Hood Academy is Professor McGinty and his fantastic, educational speeches about History. Despite the fact that I am not sure about what I want to be when I am older there is a chance that I might become an optician. In September, I am going to Langley School.
